By accessing The Platform and using our services, you agree to be bound by these TyC. We recommend that you read them carefully before registering or making any transactions.
OFFF EVENTS directly manages ticket sales for its events and provides access to various exclusive features for attendees through its App. These include agenda planning, registration for workshops and masterclasses organized by partners, networking management, and reception of relevant notifications.

By registering on The Platform and/or purchasing a ticket for an OFFF event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these TyC, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, we ask that you refrain from using our services.
By registering and using The Platform, the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User") agrees and commits to complying with all the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "TyC") set forth in this document. Access to and use of The Platform, ticket purchases, and participation in events organized by OFFF EVENTS are subject to the full acceptance of the TyC, as well as all policies and principles governing OFFF EVENTS operations, which are detailed below.
By registering or using any OFFF EVENTS service, the User accepts these TyC and the policies related to service provision, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other supplementary document published on The Platform.
The purchase of tickets and registration for activities managed by sponsors and partners implies that the User accepts the possibility that certain personal data may be shared with such sponsors, exclusively for the management of the activities in which the User registers except when the user clearly accepts other uses with a check box or similar system. OFFF EVENTS may share information such as the type of ticket purchased and event-related preferences, always under strict security measures and in accordance with current data protection regulations. The User commits to providing truthful information and acting in accordance with this document and applicable laws.
Access to and use of OFFF EVENTS services are subject to:

any Specific Conditions that may be published on The Platform and that may complement or modify these TyC; and applicable laws, regulations, and general practices in the event management and ticket sales sector.
OFFF EVENTS reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, content, and access conditions of The Platform at any time. Access to and use of content and services after the implementation of such modifications will imply the User's acceptance of them. It is recommended to periodically review the T&C to stay informed of potential updates.
Minors may not make purchases on The Platform without the supervision and express consent of their parents or legal guardians. OFFF EVENTS reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the identity and age of Users when deemed necessary. If the use of an account by a minor without proper authorization is detected, OFFF EVENTS may proceed to cancel the account and annul any purchases made.

OFFF EVENTS provides a digital platform for ticket purchase and management for its events, as well as an App with exclusive features for attendees. Registered users on The Platform can benefit from tools that enhance their event experience, allowing for more personalized and organized interaction.
The main services offered by OFFF EVENTS include, but are not limited to:
• Digital ticket purchase: Users can purchase tickets through https://www.offf-tickets.com/,(https://www.offf-tickets.com/) ensuring each ticket is unique and non-transferable, except under specific conditions set by OFFF EVENTS.
• Registration and access to the App: Attendees can register on the OFFF App, granting them access to exclusive features such as agenda planning, registration for workshops, networking tools and activities organized by sponsors, and receiving personalized notifications.
• Registration for workshops and masterclasses: Some festival activities require prior registration through the App. These activities may be managed by partners and sponsors, who will receive attendee data exclusively for the proper organization of the workshop or masterclass, except when the user clearly accepts other uses through the registration process.
• Networking and Lead Scanner: Attendees can interact with other users, exhibitors and sponsors through the Lead Scanner and networking features integrated into the App, facilitating contact exchange under the conditions established in the Privacy Policy.
Key features of OFFF EVENTS services:
• Secure digital tickets: Each ticket purchased is linked to the attendee, preventing duplication or counterfeiting.
• Unique QR access code: Tickets include a dynamic QR code that can only be used by the registered attendee to enter the event.
• Personalized notifications: Users receive notifications via the App or email about their activity registrations, schedule changes, and other relevant updates.
• Security and access control: In case of ticket issues, OFFF EVENTS can verify authenticity and take necessary measures to ensure event security.
OFFF EVENTS services are designed to be intuitive and accessible from any device. The OFFF App facilitates user schedule management, activity registration, and access to real-time festival information.
The User will be able to access the services of OFFF EVENTS by means of a personal registration process, which will allow them to:
• Create a profile in the OFFF App.
• Manage their tickets purchased through https://www.offf-tickets.com/.(https://www.offf-tickets.com/)
• Register for workshops, masterclasses and other activities organized at the event.
• Receive notifications and updates about the agenda and changes in the festival.
Registration in the OFFF App is limited to persons of legal age or minors with the express consent of their parents or legal guardians, who will be responsible for any activity performed on the account of the minor.
The User guarantees that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete and truthful. OFFF EVENTS will not be responsible for errors in the information provided by the User or for any damages that may arise from the inaccuracy of the data provided.
To register on the OFFF App, the user must provide the name, email, city and other basic data necessary for the proper provision of services. In addition, some optional information such as age, professional status or sector of activity may be requested in order to personalize the experience within the event.
User registration may be completed directly through:
• Purchasing a ticket at https://www.offf-tickets.com/,(https://www.offf-tickets.com/) where your account will be automatically linked.
• Manually creating a profile in the OFFF App with ticket validation.
OFFF EVENTS cannot guarantee the identity of Users who register on the Platform and assumes no responsibility for the inappropriate use that an unauthorized third person may make of a registered account. It is up to the User to take the necessary measures to protect his account and his access credentials.
The User is responsible for keeping the information registered in his/her profile up to date. In case of incorrect or inaccurate data, OFFF EVENTS will not be responsible for the inability to access the exclusive services for attendees.
The User is fully responsible for the security of his or her password and shall immediately notify OFFF EVENTS of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity detected in his or her account. To do this, you can contact via email hello@offf.barcelona.(mailto:hello@offf.barcelona)
Any use of the Platform made with the User's credentials (email and password) will be considered as made by the User, who will be responsible for all actions performed under his account.
OFFF EVENTS reserves the right to reject any application for registration or cancel previously accepted accounts, without the need to justify the reasons and without this giving rise to any right to compensation or indemnification by the User.
Users may purchase tickets for events organised by OFFF EVENTS through the Platform.
Underage: The purchase of tickets may only be made by adults. In the case of minors, the purchase must be made under the supervision and with the express consent of their parents or legal guardians, who will be responsible for their attendance at the event.
Confirmation of purchase: Once the purchase has been completed, the User will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will include:
• Detailed information about the event.
• A link to access the digital ticket.
• Instructions on how to download the OFFF App.
Payment methods: Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Bizum or other payment methods enabled on the Platform. OFFF EVENTS guarantees the security of transactions through the use of certified and encrypted payment gateways.
Access to the ticket: The purchased ticket will be sent to the buyer's email after completing the purchase. The QR of the ticket will be valid only for the access of the ticket holder, being protected against misuse, cloning or forgery.
No Refund and No Exchange Policy:
• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once the purchase has been completed, except as indicated in the Refund Policy in Section 6 of this document.
• If the User is unable to attend the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Technical errors and support:
In case of technical incidents during the purchase process, the user must contact the customer service of OFFF EVENTS through the email hello@offf.barcelona (mailto:hello@offf.barcelona)to resolve the incident.
Modifications or cancellations of the event:
• In case of cancellation or modification of an event by OFFF EVENTS, the conditions established in the Refund Policy will be applied, which will be communicated to the User.
• OFFF EVENTS shall not be liable for additional expenses incurred by the User (such as transportation or accommodation) due to changes in the event schedule.
Cancellation of the event
In case of total cancellation of the event by OFFF EVENTS, the ticket price will be refunded. This refund will correspond only to the original price of the ticket purchased through https://www.offf-tickets.com/,(https://www.offf-tickets.com/) or official points of sale.
Modification of the date, hour and event location
If OFFF EVENTS makes changes to the date, time or location of the event, the User will be notified as far in advance as possible. In the event that the User is unable to attend due to such changes, he/she may request a refund of the ticket price.
Refund conditions in case of modifications
• If the modification involves a significant change in the programme, the User may opt for reimbursement.
• If the event continues to be held but with minor modifications, OFFF EVENTS shall not be obliged to refund the amount.
Tickets resold or transferred
• In the event that the User has transferred or resold his ticket to another person, OFFF EVENTS will not handle the refund with the final purchaser.
• The refund will only be applicable to the original purchaser and will correspond only to the amount paid for the initial purchase.
Additional expenses and commissions
• OFFF EVENTS will not reimburse additional expenses incurred by the User, such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs related to attending the event.
• Service charges applied to the purchase of the ticket will also not be refundable.
Refund terms
All refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the event cancellation, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the ticket purchase.
The User agrees to use the Platform, the OFFF App and the services offered by OFFF EVENTS properly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. OFFF EVENTS shall not be liable for the improper use of its services by the User or for any damages that may arise from such use.
OFFF EVENTS acts as organizer of events and responsible for the sale of tickets, guaranteeing access to its festivals and activities. However, it does not guarantee the availability, suitability or quality of services provided by third parties within the event (sponsors, partners or exhibitors).
OFFF EVENTS is not responsible for:
• Cancellations, modifications or delays in the programming of the event for reasons beyond its control.
• Technical problems in the connection to Internet of the User or in his device that prevent the access to The Platform or to the App.
• Loss of the ticket by the User or misuse of their account.
• Forgery or purchase of tickets outside the official channels.
• It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that he/she has access to his/her ticket before the event. OFFF EVENTS will not be responsible for connection problems, access or failures in personal devices.
Interruptions and errors on the platform
OFFF EVENTS will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and proper functioning of The Platform and the App, but cannot guarantee that they are free from errors, interruptions or external attacks.
Notification of incidents
In the event of technical incidents, the User must notify as soon as possible by email to hello@offf.barcelona (mailto:hello@offf.barcelona) for resolution.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OFFF EVENTS shall not be liable for consequential damages, loss of income, profits or data arising from the use of the Platform, the App or the inability to access them.
All the content of The Platform and the OFFF App, including, but not limited to, texts, images, designs, logos, graphics, interfaces, source code, databases and any other element necessary for its operation, is the exclusive property of OFFF EVENTS, S.L. or its licensors, and is protected by the applicable legislation on intellectual and industrial property.
It is expressly prohibited the reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available or any other form of exploitation, total or partial, of the contents of the Platform or the App without the prior, express written permission of OFFF EVENTS.
The User has the right to use the Platform exclusively for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions. Such use does not grant the User any property rights on trademarks, trade names, logos or other distinctive signs used on the Platform, which are owned by OFFF EVENTS or authorized third parties.
In the event that the User detects any infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights on the Platform or on the OFFF App, he/she must notify OFFF EVENTS immediately by e-mail to hello@offf.barcelona (mailto:hello@offf.barcelona)
Unauthorised use of the content or any other element of The Platform or the OFFF App may result in legal liability, including, but not limited to, OFFF EVENTS taking legal action to protect its rights.
By attending any OFFF EVENTS festival or activity and by accessing The Platform and/or the OFFF App, the User expressly authorizes OFFF EVENTS, S.L. to capture, reproduce and use their image, voice and/or likeness, through photography, video, or any other audiovisual format, taken during the course of the event.
These materials may be used by OFFF EVENTS, S.L. for the purpose of promotion, communication, documentation and advertising of its activities and events, including but not limited to publication on websites, social media, press releases, commercial presentations and promotional videos.
This assignment is granted worldwide, free of charge, without time limitation and without generating any rights of compensation or remuneration for the User.
If a User does not wish to be recorded or appear in promotional materials, they may express this at the event entrance or contact OFFF EVENTS in advance at dpo@offf.barcelona,(mailto:dpo@offf.barcelona) so that the necessary measures can be taken to respect their rights.
OFFF EVENTS, S.L. guarantees compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
The personal data provided by the User during registration and use of the OFFF Platform and the OFFF App will be processed by OFFF EVENTS, S.L., as data controller, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, available at www.offf.barcelona (http://www.offf.barcelona)
Purpose of data processing
The personal data will be used exclusively for the provision of the services offered by OFFF EVENTS, which include:
• Management of the purchase of tickets and access to events.
• Registration in the OFFF App and access to exclusive functionalities.
• Registration in workshops, masterclasses and other activities organised within the event.
• Sending of notifications and communications related to the event, provided that the User has given his/her consent.
Transfer of data to third parties
In certain cases, personal data may be shared with sponsors and partners of the event exclusively for the management of activities in which the User has registered. This transfer of data will be carried out under strict security measures and in accordance with the Privacy Policy of OFFF EVENTS.
Rights of the User
The User has the right to:
• Access their personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Request the deletion of their data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Limit or oppose the processing of their data in certain circumstances.
• Request the portability of their data.
• Not to be subject to automated decisions based on their profile.

If the User considers that OFFF EVENTS has not respected his data protection rights, he may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with the competent supervisory authority in his country.
These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language. In the event that translations into other languages are provided, they are provided for information purposes only. In case of discrepancy or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
All communication between OFFF EVENTS and the User, including notifications, information about services and policy updates, will be in English, unless otherwise specified or another language is expressly agreed.
The User declares to understand and accept that the official language of the Platform and the services offered by OFFF EVENTS is English. For any doubts or queries, the User may contact OFFF EVENTS at the e-mail hello@offf.barcelona (mailto:hello@offf.barcelona)
For the resolution of any discrepancy, question or claim arising directly or indirectly from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the parties waive their own jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of the User's domicile.
Under the provisions of Regulation (EU) Nº 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the settlement of consumer disputes online, OFFF EVENTS informs you that, in case of dispute, Users residing in the European Union may use the ‘Online Platform for Dispute Resolution’ developed by the European Commission, in order to try to resolve out of court any dispute arising from the provision of services by OFFF EVENTS.

Payment methods: Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Bizum or other payment methods enabled on the Platform. OFFF EVENTS guarantees the security of transactions through the use of certified and encrypted payment gateways.
Access to the ticket: The purchased ticket will be sent to the buyer's email after completing the purchase. The QR of the ticket will be valid only for the access of the ticket holder, being protected against misuse, cloning or forgery.
No Refund and No Exchange Policy:
• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once the purchase has been completed, except as indicated in the Refund Policy in Section 6 of this document.
• If the User is unable to attend the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Technical errors and support:
In case of technical incidents during the purchase process, the user must contact the customer service of OFFF EVENTS through the email hello@offf.barcelona (mailto:hello@offf.barcelona)to resolve the incident.
Modifications or cancellations of the event:
• In case of cancellation or modification of an event by OFFF EVENTS, the conditions established in the Refund Policy will be applied, which will be communicated to the User.
• OFFF EVENTS shall not be liable for additional expenses incurred by the User (such as transportation or accommodation) due to changes in the event schedule.
Cancellation of the event
In case of total cancellation of the event by OFFF EVENTS, the ticket price will be refunded. This refund will correspond only to the original price of the ticket purchased through https://www.offf-tickets.com/,(https://www.offf-tickets.com/) or official points of sale.
Modification of the date, hour and event location
If OFFF EVENTS makes changes to the date, time or location of the event, the User will be notified as far in advance as possible. In the event that the User is unable to attend due to such changes, he/she may request a refund of the ticket price.
Refund conditions in case of modifications
• If the modification involves a significant change in the programme, the User may opt for reimbursement.
• If the event continues to be held but with minor modifications, OFFF EVENTS shall not be obliged to refund the amount.
Tickets resold or transferred
• In the event that the User has transferred or resold his ticket to another person, OFFF EVENTS will not handle the refund with the final purchaser.
• The refund will only be applicable to the original purchaser and will correspond only to the amount paid for the initial purchase.
Additional expenses and commissions
• OFFF EVENTS will not reimburse additional expenses incurred by the User, such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs related to attending the event.
• Service charges applied to the purchase of the ticket will also not be refundable.
Refund terms
All refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the event cancellation, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the ticket purchase.
The User agrees to use the Platform, the OFFF App and the services offered by OFFF EVENTS properly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. OFFF EVENTS shall not be liable for the improper use of its services by the User or for any damages that may arise from such use.
OFFF EVENTS acts as organizer of events and responsible for the sale of tickets, guaranteeing access to its festivals and activities. However, it does not guarantee the availability, suitability or quality of services provided by third parties within the event (sponsors, partners or exhibitors).
OFFF EVENTS is not responsible for:
• Cancellations, modifications or delays in the programming of the event for reasons beyond its control.
• Technical problems in the connection to Internet of the User or in his device that prevent the access to The Platform or to the App.
• Loss of the ticket by the User or misuse of their account.
• Forgery or purchase of tickets outside the official channels.
• It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that he/she has access to his/her ticket before the event. OFFF EVENTS will not be responsible for connection problems, access or failures in personal devices.
Interruptions and errors on the platform
OFFF EVENTS will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and proper functioning of The Platform and the App, but cannot guarantee that they are free from errors, interruptions or external attacks.
Notification of incidents
In the event of technical incidents, the User must notify as soon as possible by email to hello@offf.barcelona (mailto:hello@offf.barcelona) for resolution.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OFFF EVENTS shall not be liable for consequential damages, loss of income, profits or data arising from the use of the Platform, the App or the inability to access them.
All the content of The Platform and the OFFF App, including, but not limited to, texts, images, designs, logos, graphics, interfaces, source code, databases and any other element necessary for its operation, is the exclusive property of OFFF EVENTS, S.L. or its licensors, and is protected by the applicable legislation on intellectual and industrial property.
It is expressly prohibited the reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available or any other form of exploitation, total or partial, of the contents of the Platform or the App without the prior, express written permission of OFFF EVENTS.
The User has the right to use the Platform exclusively for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions. Such use does not grant the User any property rights on trademarks, trade names, logos or other distinctive signs used on the Platform, which are owned by OFFF EVENTS or authorized third parties.
In the event that the User detects any infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights on the Platform or on the OFFF App, he/she must notify OFFF EVENTS immediately by e-mail to hello@offf.barcelona (mailto:hello@offf.barcelona)
Unauthorised use of the content or any other element of The Platform or the OFFF App may result in legal liability, including, but not limited to, OFFF EVENTS taking legal action to protect its rights.
By attending any OFFF EVENTS festival or activity and by accessing The Platform and/or the OFFF App, the User expressly authorizes OFFF EVENTS, S.L. to capture, reproduce and use their image, voice and/or likeness, through photography, video, or any other audiovisual format, taken during the course of the event.
These materials may be used by OFFF EVENTS, S.L. for the purpose of promotion, communication, documentation and advertising of its activities and events, including but not limited to publication on websites, social media, press releases, commercial presentations and promotional videos.
This assignment is granted worldwide, free of charge, without time limitation and without generating any rights of compensation or remuneration for the User.
If a User does not wish to be recorded or appear in promotional materials, they may express this at the event entrance or contact OFFF EVENTS in advance at dpo@offf.barcelona,(mailto:dpo@offf.barcelona) so that the necessary measures can be taken to respect their rights.
OFFF EVENTS, S.L. guarantees compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
The personal data provided by the User during registration and use of the OFFF Platform and the OFFF App will be processed by OFFF EVENTS, S.L., as data controller, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, available at www.offf.barcelona (http://www.offf.barcelona)
Purpose of data processing
The personal data will be used exclusively for the provision of the services offered by OFFF EVENTS, which include:
• Management of the purchase of tickets and access to events.
• Registration in the OFFF App and access to exclusive functionalities.
• Registration in workshops, masterclasses and other activities organised within the event.
• Sending of notifications and communications related to the event, provided that the User has given his/her consent.
Transfer of data to third parties
In certain cases, personal data may be shared with sponsors and partners of the event exclusively for the management of activities in which the User has registered. This transfer of data will be carried out under strict security measures and in accordance with the Privacy Policy of OFFF EVENTS.
Rights of the User
The User has the right to:
• Access their personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Request the deletion of their data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Limit or oppose the processing of their data in certain circumstances.
• Request the portability of their data.
• Not to be subject to automated decisions based on their profile.

Politics of Privacy
The User may consult all the details about the treatment of his personal data in the Privacy Policy of OFFF EVENTS, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Complaints to the Data Protection Authority
If the User considers that OFFF EVENTS has not respected his data protection rights, he may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with the competent supervisory authority in his country.
These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language. In the event that translations into other languages are provided, they are provided for information purposes only. In case of discrepancy or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
All communication between OFFF EVENTS and the User, including notifications, information about services and policy updates, will be in English, unless otherwise specified or another language is expressly agreed.

For the resolution of any discrepancy, question or claim arising directly or indirectly from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the parties waive their own jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of the User's domicile.
Under the provisions of Regulation (EU) Nº 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the settlement of consumer disputes online, OFFF EVENTS informs you that, in case of dispute, Users residing in the European Union may use the ‘Online Platform for Dispute Resolution’ developed by the European Commission, in order to try to resolve out of court any dispute arising from the provision of services by OFFF EVENTS.
