OFFF 21st edition was celebrated on May 5.6.7 at Disseny Hub Barcelona, bringing together more than 75 speakers and over 4,500 daily visitors from all over the world
After a 2-year pause, this edition felt like finally coming back home and enjoying everything we love about OFFF experience: community, inspiration, exchange and looots of fun! We would like to thank each and every one of you for making all of this possible.
During the three days, 75 international artists have shared their personal and professional experiences on OFFF stages. The guests took part in free workshops by Designit and Wacom, masterclasses by Adobe at the Adobe Creativity Hub and talks by Houdini. The 7 winners of the first edition of the OFFF x Wix Playground "On the Rise" competition for emerging creatives presented their projects on the OFFF main stage to the international community and received mentorships with the awards jury.
As every year, the keynotes were screened live for free to the public of Barcelona in the two Fun Zones with the gastronomic area of BOW and Moritz. On the first day, with the help of Montana Colors muralist and illustrator Timothy Goodman live painted a Flax&Kale food truck and artist David Milan created the "OFFFSOME" mural dedicated to the festival on the Disseny Hub wall.
OFFF closed with an epic 3D mapping by Refik Anadol at façade of Casa Batlló. The piece called 'Living Architecture' combined Gaudi's legacy, heritage and history with new technologies and changed in real-time depending on the environmental data collected in the city and the ephemerides that are celebrated on Casa Batlló’s façade.
We would like to give a special acknowledgement to the great input of our sponsors and supporters this year. OFFF happened with the institutional support of Generalitat de Catalunya, Ajuntament de Barcelona, Disseny Hub Barcelona, Institut Ramon Llull and the official sponsors Adobe, Wix Playground, EditorX, Houdini, Designit, Moritz, Flax&Kale. The collaborators included Montana Colors, TEXIA, Zetafonts, Casa Battló, Yorokobu, and OCIMAG among others.
