OFFF presents art installations at the intersection of art and technology

OFFF brings some of the most compelling work at the intersection of art, design, and technology. This year, the festival presents two installations: "Generative Dialogues III", a living system that generates new visuals in real time, and "Astral Twin", a robotic audio-visual piece. Two very different works, one shared question — what happens when creativity is handed over to the machine?

The  Generative Art Museum presents "Generative Dialogues III"

An installation exploring generative art as a tool for design, where algorithms and computation become active elements in the creative process. A living design system that continuously generates new compositions in real time — 4 metallic structures, 16 screens, a new artwork every minute, synchronized to UTC and born from a random seed. Curated by Xavier Hernandez, the selection brings together a constellation of algorithmic systems, each offering a distinct perspective. A dialogue between code and form, where variation becomes language.

Volvox Labs present "Astral Twin"

A robotic audio-visual installation exploring the tension and harmony between human-coded logic and machine-emergent behavior. A choreography where industrial precision meets organic unpredictability – and where meaning arises not from machine or visual alone, but from the friction between them.
