On November 10-12, 2022 we presented a group exhibition of digital art at the 9th edition of the West Bund Art & Design in Shanghai! 🇨🇳
West Bund Art & Design is oone of the major international art shows in Shanghai. It takes place each year in the busy month of November at the West Bund Art Center. The fair features more than 100 leading galleries from Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America. Collectors, art dealers, curators and art lovers gather in great number to admire and purchase the finest quality of modern and contemporary art.
Curated together with Biblioteca Miguel de Cervantes, the group exhibition ”Crossroads and Detours of Visual Culture” (esp. – ”Inflexiones de la Cultura Visual”) offered an international panorama of digital art, featuring artworks by 12 Spanish, Latin American and Chinese artists: Josue Ibañéz / Mariano Pascual / Pink Morro / Marta Cerdà / Noelia Lozano / Ziyang Wu / Can Bru / David Milan / Shi Zheng / Dot8.
The second part of the project was presented at the Terrace of Instituto Cervantes – Shanghai, featuring digital artworks by Cao Fei and Paloma Rincón.⚡️
The exhibition delved into the ambiguity and complexity of the interpretations of our surroundings, establishing a relationship between characters, themes and plots in an imperfect balance✨
Huge thanks to everyone who visited our booth at West Bund Art & Design and to the amazing artists who took part in this adventure!
