MLTI NYC is an award-winning boutique creative agency based in New York, specializing in branding, campaigns, and 360° storytelling across sport, lifestyle, food & beverage, and culture. Founded by Nike veteran Kristen Shenk, the agency partners with brands like Pepsi, Wilson, Foot Locker, and Amazon to create bold, emotionally resonant work that stands out. Female-led and globally collaborative, MLTI blends strategic rigor with a sharp creative point of view to help brands break through and move forward with distinction.

Kristen began her career at Nike WHQ, where she spent nearly a decade across both Product Creation and Brand Design. She worked on everything from LeBron and Kobe Basketball campaigns to Tier 1 product launches and innovation summits for Nike Women and the Rio Olympics. She later led global rebrands and product launches for Mountain Dew and Aquafina at the PepsiCo Design & Innovation Center.

Driven to share lessons from her entrepreneurial journey, Kristen created The Elevated Creative, a platform and art book exploring the intersection of creativity, entrepreneurship, and mindfulness.
