The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) is a centre for research, education, production and outreach, with the mission of envisioning the future habitat of our society and building it in the present. Following the digital revolution at all scales, from bits to geography and from materials to territory, IAAC expands the boundaries of architecture and design to address the challenges faced by our planet.
Julia Bertolaso is a designer and creative action researcher at Fab Lab Barcelona. Her work focuses on futures thinking, technology and planetary systems, developing tools and learning experiences that help people navigate complexity, build connections and translate emerging signals into meaningful action.
