About show:
The show explores the concept of the expanded visual, blurring the lines between digital and physical matter. Through a mix of real-time captured images and generative content that responds to musical oscillations, the creative process becomes evident to the audience as the performance unfolds. The result is a visual experiment where technical precision and aesthetic freedom meet live. The music and sound design are created and dubbed out live by Sunny Graves. For this show, the Latino-British multidisciplinary sound artist generates psychedelic, dub-infused, bass-heavy, multi-textured electronic soundscapes.
About Hamill Industries:
Hamill Industries are Barcelona-based artists Pablo Barquin and Anna Diaz. Working across film, installations and live performances, their artistic practice places experiential storytelling at the forefront of the creative process. Through their strong values and pioneering vision, they defend the critical role of artists in the current cultural, social and technological landscape. Selected work includes San Francisco Ballet, Sónar Festival, CCCB, ARS Electronica, 180 Strand (London), Semi-Permanent, Mira Festival, Cosmocaixa, Filmoteca de Catalunya, Caixaforum and the Barbican Museum in London.
