Brian Collins is a designer, creative director, educator and co-founder of COLLINS, the brand transformation company based in San Francisco and New York City, named by Forbes as “One of the Companies Transforming the Future of Brand Building.” COLLINS was responsible for the complete transformation of the music platform Spotify and the redesign of Microsoft stores, and he was the first graphic designer invited to speak at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Over the last 5 years, COLLINS has won Agency of the Year honors from AdAge – including Business Transformation Agency of the Year – and D&AD. Their clients include some of the world’s leading companies including Spotify, Bose, Mailchimp, Robinhood, sweetgreen, Airbnb, The Guggenheim Museum and The Coca-Cola Company.
Rebeka Arce, a Grammy-nominated designer and lecturer based in NYC, serves as Creative Director at COLLINS. Previously, she founded her studio between Berlin and Madrid, collaborating with brands like RedBull, Sony Pictures, Netflix, Vodafone, Columbia Records, Schweppes, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, and led projects such as the communication release for Depeche Mode frontman Dave Gahan’s latest album. Her unique passion for rhythm and her sharp eye for observation and synthesis has guided her across a diverse range of design fields, with a particular focus on brand identity and narrative visual strategies.
Rebeka teaches at IE University, IED Madrid, and ECV University in France, and has served as a juror for awards including DNA Paris and Laus Awards. She has spoken at global design events such as OFFF Festival, World Design Capital Valencia, Madrid Design Festival, and Brief Festival, among others. Her work has been awarded in the Grammys, Laus Awards, Los Angeles Fashion Film Festival, Vimeo Staff Pick, and Selected, and recognised by AIGA Eye on Design, Computer Arts, Fubiz, Ètapes, Creative Boom, Huck, Type01, Design by Women and The Brand Identity, among others.
