Clayton Welham & Kieran Gee-Finch
Clayton Welham, Partner and Executive Creative Director of Found, has over 20 years of experience as a designer, director and visual artist. He's led teams across a diverse range of animation, live-action, XR and experiential projects in both conceptual and technical capacities. He maintains an excellent understanding of our evolving industry and works with both traditional tools and bespoke visual systems, blending a passion for fundamental craft with innovation to drive Found's creative vision forward.
Kieran's worked as a motion designer for over a decade, working on film installations, AAA game franchises and blockbuster films. He's currently a design lead at Found, where he focuses on Houdini-driven R&D and creative setups.
