Reproduction rights terms:

The selected works will be part of the festival’s video mapping project and may be publicly exhibited during the days, times, and sessions included in the official event schedule.

The works may be reproduced on one or more occasions as part of the exhibition route, performances, or technical rehearsals of the video mapping, without this constituting any use other than or additional to that provided for in this call.

After the festival, the works will not be publicly exhibited in their entirety, except in cases where their use, in whole, in part, in fragments, or in excerpted form, is necessary for documentation, archiving, institutional memory, promotion, or dissemination of the “the screen” project, whether in physical or digital media, and always, whenever possible, giving proper credit to the authors.

For these purposes, the authors grant a free, non-exclusive, and indefinite license for the reproduction, public communication, and dissemination of their works solely for the purposes set forth in this section, without this implying the transfer of ownership of copyright.

The organizing company will retain a digital copy of the works in its internal archives exclusively for safekeeping, documentation, and the uses expressly authorized in this section.
